About Us

 

We are a friendly club based in Birmingham that works closely with Birmingham City University Hockey Section and other hockey clubs in the Midlands. Having these links allows us to have the opportunity to create a fun and exciting environment for any hockey players whether they are just starting out or season pros. 

The CoB Women’s side currently consists of 2 teams, the 1st XI will be playing in Midlands Division 4 Beacon, and the 2nd XI will be playing in Midlands Division 5 Beacon. For more information about the teams, head to the Meet the Teams section, which are linked at the end of the page.

We train at Doug Ellis Sports Centre, Aldridge Road, B42 2TP, with a local pub trip after training. We also play our home games here and our match teas occur at The Bell Harborne, Old Church Road, B170BB.

Training and Fixtures: 

We train at the Doug Ellis Sports Centre, Aldridge Road, Perry Barr, B42 2TP,  on Thursday nights 6 pm-8 pm,  with a local pub trip after training.

We also play home games at the Doug Ellis Sports Centre, Aldridge Road, Perry Barr, B42 2TP, and our match teas occur at The Bell Harborne, Old Church Road, B170BB. 

The pitch is easily accessible with great transport links such as Perry Barr Train Station, Buses and driving. The onsite car park is free during the times we use it.
