| Match Report | Burton Tournament On a warm Sunday in September, in spite of the wet and lukewarm break we had, the M1s, supported by players in the M2s travelled to Burton. A pre-season tournament which would see the players play against Div1 and Mids Prem opposition.
Both games were tough, with respectable 7-0 and 8-0 loss scorelines. The team showed good composure and had their chances and half-chances, but fitness and consistency ultimately was the difference. A good test and signs of promise for the future of our M1s |
