This was a weekend of mixed fortunes for the 1sts.  Saturday’s game was the first one back after the break for the festive season. It was a case of 2nd in the league v 3rd in the league. At the end of the game Bromsgrove ran out narrow winners by 1 -0.  CoB’s first defeat since mid-October.

On Sunday,  the game was a re-arrangement of the one frozen off just before Christmas. Again, a close game but this time CoB winning 2-1. A short corner conversion by Zach and another from open play by Skipper Alex clinched the three points.

CoB maintain their 3rd place in the league, but only two points separate the top three teams

Next week the 1sts are at home against Redditch.
