Badgers Vs Redditch

A spirited Yardley performance saw the Badgers lose out to Redditch. Yardley started the brighter of the two teams and created plenty of chances. They got the reward for good attacking play when Ziaur was able to net the opening goal of the contest. This seemed to spark some life into Redditch and they responded with two goals of their own before half time, both were disappointing and changed the course of the game. After the break Yardley never got a foothold in the game and Redditch comfortably added two more before the end of what had become a one sided affair.
Redditch are the best team we have faced this season so it will be interesting to see how strong a team they bring to Yardley for the return fixture.
